* Bachelor's Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Engineering (Masters Degree in Management Preferred)
* Min. 5-7 yrs. in senior managerial position at national level with responsibility for a team
* Proven track record of achieving results
* Proven track record of establishing relationship with customers and other business partners
* Sufficient Excel skills for manipulating analysing and pesenting relevant data
* Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions."
